We ofer FREE standard shipping on all orders, shipping anywhere within Australia.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We aim to dispatch next-business-day for all orders placed before 3pm. Orders typically arrive within a couple of days, however please allow 3-10 business days for your delivery to arrive.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping.


WHAT DOES YOUR PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

We ship orders in BITS compostable satchels. Larger items or items that require extra protection may come boxed.

We are able to offer discreet packaging on request. Please note this in the "Message to BITS" field at checkout.

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

To edit or cancel your order, simply login to your account online. Please note, given how quickly orders are packed and dispatched, we can’t always guarantee that edits or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.


CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Simply login to your account online, go to MY PURCHASES to see your order history.


MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT SOME OF MY ITEMS ARE MISSING.

If you’ve ordered products from different brands, you will receive these in different deliveries. All of your product should arrive within our designated delivery time frames. If it doesn't, please let us know and we can follow up for you.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also login into your account and view your order history to get your tracking information.


RETURNS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We offer refunds for change of mind on any bra, sleepwear or loungewear purchase within 14-days of receipt, provided:
Products were purchased at original retail price
Products are returned unworn, undamaged and with original tags
Please note, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns on underwear (by which we mean undies, knickers, g-strings), bodysuits, menstrual products, swimwear or vibrators.

If you have received a faulty product, please submit a return request, including a photo of the fault, for us to access. Once approved, you will be refunded along with shipping costs.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return, please login into your account, go to MY PURCHASES and request a return. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will initiate a return request on your behalf.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET REFUNDED?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return is received, and again once your refund has been processed.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
