We ship anywhere in Australia and offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Please note, we do not currently offer international shipping.
We aim to dispatch next-business-day for all orders placed before 3pm. Please allow 3-10 business days for your delivery to arrive. To get your bits to you as quickly as possible, all orders are shipped to you directly from our Brand Partners.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with the relevant tracking information. You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account and checking your order history.

CHANGE OF MIND
We offer refunds for change of mind on any bra, sleepwear or loungewear purchase within 14-days of receipt, provided:
Products were purchased at original retail price
Products are returned unworn, undamaged and with original tags
Please note, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns on underwear (by which we mean undies, knickers, g-strings), bodysuits, menstrual products, swimwear or vibrators.
If you have received a faulty product, please submit a return request, including a photo of the fault, for us to access. Once approved, you will be refunded along with shipping costs.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please login into your account, go to MY PURCHASES and request a return. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will initiate a return request on your behalf.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return is received, and again once your refund has been processed. Please note, we are not responsible for returned product that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred excluding the return of faulty product
