RETURNS POLICY.

CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds for change of mind on all eligible products including bras, sleepwear and loungewear within 14-days of receipt, provided:

  • Products were purchased at original retail price

  • Products are returned unworn, undamaged and with original tags

Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on:

  • Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Menstrual products

  • Vibrators and lubricants

EXCHANGES.

To make an exchange, please return your item for refund, and repurchase the item you would like to exchange for.

SALE PRODUCT.

We do not accept change of mind returns on items purchased on sale. Please choose sale items carefully.

FAULTY PRODUCT.

If you have received a faulty product, please submit a [return request below (including a photo of the fault) for us to access. Once approved, you will be refunded along with shipping costs.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN.

You can make a return in 2 ways:

  1. If you have an account, please login into your account and go to MY PURCHASES to request a return.

  2. Don't have an account? Fill out the RETURNS FORM below and we will initiate a return request on your behalf.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

You will be notified by email once your return is received, and again once your refund has been processed.

Please note: we are not responsible for returned product that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred (excluding the return of faulty product).
